Green Dragon Bus is delighted that our driver, Yve, is being recognised by such a prestigious National organisation for her fantastic respsonse on coming upon a serious car crash as she drove home from driving the Haverfordwest Town Rider. Yve took control of the situation, organising other motorists arriving at the scene to manage the traffic and look after the less injured casualty, while she stayed with the more seriously injured driver. When the emergency services arrived on scene, Yve was asked to stay with the more seriously injured driver to keep him calm and comfortable until he was airlifted to hospital.
We’re incredibly proud of Yve, and glad to see her achievements on the day are being recognised by The Scout Association and the local press.
