THIS SERVICE IS AVAILABLE TO ANYONE WHO CANNOT ACCESS PUBLIC TRANSPORT AND ARE IN NEED OF TRANSPORT IN THIS AREA DURING THESE TIMES.
How does this Dial-a-Ride work?
Telephone the booking line on 01239 698 506 giving at least 48 hours notice.
This service is for anyone who needs transport at these times for any reason and is FREE with an All Wales Concessionary Bus Pass. If you dont have a bus pass then a fare will be applied.
Please note all our minibuses now have ticket machines so you need to present your card each time you get on the bus.
Remember to leave your name, address and contact telephone number and where you would like to go. If you have an appointment please state where your appointment is and the time. We will contact you back with a suitable pickup time.
The minibus is wheelchair accessible and our driver will be on hand to give passengers assistance when boarding or alighting the vehicle, and with shopping, etc. as needed.
