THIS SERVICE IS AVAILABLE TO ANYONE WHO CANNOT ACCESS PUBLIC TRANSPORT AND ARE IN NEED OF TRANSPORT IN THIS AREA DURING THESE TIMES.
How does this Dial-a-Ride work?
Telephone the booking line on 081239 698 506 giving at least 48 hours notice.
This service is for anyone who needs transport at these times for any reason and is FREE with an All Wales Concessionary Bus Pass. If you dont have a bus pass then a fare will be applied. You must present your bus pass when using the service. The buses now have ticket machines fitted so you need to present your bus pass each time you get on the bus.
When booking please give your name, address, contact phone number and where you would like to go. If you have an appointment then please give us the place and time of your appointment – we will call you back with an appropriate pick up time.
The minibus is wheelchair accessible and our driver will be on hand to give passengers assistance when boarding or alighting the vehicle and with shopping, etc. as needed.
