Who can hire the vehicle?
You must be over 21 years of age.
You must have 6 points or fewer on your license.
You will be given instructions on how to load a wheelchair and given information on other relevant details of the vehicle. Please factor this in when booking the vehicle. You will need to think about the fact that you may need to visit the office for this procedure during office hours.
You can collect the car out of office hours if that is more convenient to you.

Paperwork: We need a copy of your driving license together with a code for a DVLA check. You are also required to read and sign a user agreement (we can email that to you but it needs to be signed at the office). Regular users do not need to do all this every time they hire a car – check with the office for details.How much does it cost?
How much does it cost?
£18 per day (inc. VAT)
£0.60 per mile (inc. VAT) including fuel and insurance
These prices are correct when published, please check the current price with the office.
Fuel?
Fuel is included in the hire charge. Please return the vehicle full of fuel, there is a fuel card in the car with which you purchase fuel (you don’t have to spend any of your own money doing this). You need to remember to get a VAT receipt which you then leave in the folder in the car.
Insurance and breakdown insurance is included in the hire charge.
The car must be returned in a clean condition both inside and out – if not charges will be applied.
